The Kisumu Realtors Summit is now less than two weeks away and incredible opportunities are presented to the participants spanning the wide real estate sectors spread from across the whole Lake Region Economic Bloc and the country at large. The summit is one of the many corporate events such as the Valuable Brands Awards, Kakamega Real Estate Breakfast, Kakamega SME Expo organized by the Valuable Homes Ltd.

The one day summit brings together real estate stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and experiences such as property developers, contractors, real estate agents, architects, engineers, construction managers, paint and roofing experts, construction material suppliers among many other direct sector players within. Apart from this, a great number of related industries such as the interiors design and decor, landscapers, Internet Service Providers, Movers and Logistics, Sanitation and Cleaning facilities, Security Sercices for instance have also onboarded for an opportunity to leverage on the event for linkage and partnerships focused on growing their networks as well as expanding business operations.

As we gear up to the event slated for the 12th of July 2024 at the Grand Royal Swiss Hotel, the event has already attracted several partners and exhibitors with the aim of enriching the engagements of the day especially in ensuring the attendees get access to a wide range of products and services on offer.

Some of the participating partners include the following:

  1. Laser Property Services – The Laser Property Services is the Real Estate arm of the financial conglomerate; the CPF Financial Services and has operations in almost all facets of the real estate sector cutting across property management, property development, property & asset valuation, project management etc. Currently, the company is developing a housing project in Kisumu dubbed “Anderson Park Project Kisumu” giving property investors an opportunity to own one or more of the 1,383 apartment units on offer. Furthermore, the Executive Director, Mr. Antony Mutisya will be the Keynote speaker at the event hence providing you with an excellent chance to learn from the tried and tested real estate developers.
  2. Sunking Solar – The Sunking Solar is a green energy focused company which for a long time has been known for providing the rural households with affordable solar power products with one of the biggest marketshare in Kenya and now has ventured into the real estate space by offering large scale solar products for properties and developments as an alternative source of power. This is in a bid to promote embracing green techonologies in the property development subsector.
  3. Charcon Properties – Charcon Properties is one of the biggest real estate firms in the Lake Region Bloc managing most of the commercial property developments in Kisumu and with a presence in other cities such as Nairobi, Mombasa and Eldoret. Besides property management, the company has also invested heavily in property development through its subsidiaries such as The Grand Royal Swiss Hotel, The Royal City Gardens, The Royal City Hotel, Dubai Complex, The Grand Swiss Homes amongst many others.
  4. MAK Partners & Advocates – The lawfirm has its head office at the Two Rivers Mall in Nairobi and a regional branch at the Walias Centre in Kakamega. The firm will be participating at the Kisumu Realtors Summit and offering legal insights into the real estate space especially on the succession planning strategies to ensure your property investments are safe. It is also worth noting that the Managing Partner, Mr. Ken Ashimosi will also be a guest speaker at this inaugural event.
  5. Mhasibu Housing Company – Another key partner for this event is Mhasibu Housing Company which is a real estate subsidiary of the Mhasibu sacco. Currently, the company has a number of properties for sale in Kisumu areas such as Rabuor, Riat and around the Ciala Resort.
  6. Banks – As we all know, real estate is a money game and this conversation wouldnt be complete the finance providers.
